Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a customer facing, field-based role that requires acquisition, management and retention of clients. The digital marketing consultant will be responsible for managing the client life-cycle through acquiring new clients, collaborating and working together with our own designers, developers and marketing Experts to onboard, provide support, and retain clients.
As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you’ll have an opportunity to sell a broad set of design, development and I.T. solutions from our extensive market-leading portfolio, such as:
Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Display Advertising, Geo-Fence Advertising, Social Media Management and Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Listings Management, Web Presence Optimization, and a wide range of digital business services, including website development, graphic design, copyriting, application development, and 3d animation as well as information technology services including network installation and remote support.
- Aggressively pursue and close new business and revenue streams.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Create and skillfully articulate appropriate presentations, proposals and demonstrations on products/ services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Effectively coordinate all aspects of the sale from start to finish.
- Conduct client check-ins, upsell/cross-sell accounts, and address client issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Develop strong and long-term client relationships.
- Effectively work with any available client-side marketing team in order to manage the client relationship and retain and build account revenue.
- Attend regularly scheduled office meetings and developmental activities.
- Utilize CRM effectively and efficiently recording all sales activity.
- Collaborate with your home-team at Alchemy Imageworks to achieve better results.
- At least 5 years experience in a high acquisition, consultative, B2B Sales Role.
- Previous advertising sales experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of sales success and progression.
- Thorough understanding of sales processes and closing techniques.
- An ability to understand and analyze performance metrics.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce CRM software and G Suite is a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Strong written and organizational skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Fast learner and passionate about digital advertising.
