With expertise spanning graphic design, web development, 3D modeling, video production, sound editing, and more, Kelly’s skill set is as diverse as it is deep. Based in Stony Plain, Alberta, Kelly serves clients across Canada, the United States, the EU, and Australia, delivering innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

From building models, painting, and sculpting to martial arts, archery, and guitar, Kelly’s life is a blend of creativity, focus, and continuous learning. Kelly’s qualifications include over 38 years of experience in computer hardware and software, social media management, and digital storytelling. As a highly skilled problem-solver, educator, and communicator, Kelly excels at simplifying complex concepts and delivering exceptional results. His technical prowess covers an impressive array of tools and platforms, from Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software to coding languages and gaming engines like Unity and Unreal Engine.
A Passion Project: Game Development
Currently, Kelly is pursuing his dream of game development with his project, SAK’D, a 2.5D platformer inspired by classic retro games like Wonderboy in Monster Land® and Castlevania®. Despite challenges, including the global pandemic, Kelly’s perseverance and leadership have kept the project alive, driving him to create something extraordinary.
Beyond Digital Arts
In addition to his creative endeavors, Kelly has been practicing martial arts for over 15 years, including training at the Shaolin Temple in China. This discipline, focus, and determination translate into his work, where he consistently delivers innovative, results-driven solutions for his clients.

In addition to her pivotal role at Alchemy Imageworks, Brittany is the owner and operator of Alchemy I.T., a sister company specializing in computer repair, networking, and business IT support. Through Alchemy I.T., Brittany provides tailored solutions to businesses and individuals, delivering reliable and efficient services with the same level of precision and care she brings to her work at Alchemy Imageworks.
An accomplished artist, Brittany is also a skilled social media manager and marketing strategist. Her creative talents and deep understanding of digital platforms allow her to develop engaging campaigns that captivate audiences and deliver measurable results for clients.
Beyond her professional achievements, Brittany is a proud advocate for animal welfare. As a foster and rescuer with Pets in Need Alberta, she dedicates her time to providing love and care to animals in need, while also being a proud cat-mom to her own furry companions.
In her free time, Brittany immerses herself in creative pursuits, including sculpting, drawing, and writing. She’s a passionate tabletop and video gamer, an avid reader, and a lover of movies, with a particular fondness for horror, fantasy, and science fiction. A dedicated anime enthusiast and collector of plushies, Brittany’s hobbies reflect her vibrant and imaginative personality.

Roland Baranowski is a highly skilled Enterprise Architect, Project Manager, and Application Developer with over 16 years of experience in designing and developing business web applications and distributed systems using the .NET Platform. A Microsoft Certified Solution Developer since 2005, Roland possesses a deep technical foundation honed through his Master of Science in Computer Science: Software Engineering Science degree from the prestigious Warsaw University of Technology.
At Alchemy Imageworks, Roland’s primary responsibilities include leading application and website development initiatives, ensuring seamless functionality, innovative solutions, and exceptional user experiences. His technical expertise and strategic approach make him an invaluable asset to the team, consistently delivering outstanding results for clients.
In addition to his work at Alchemy Imageworks, Roland serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Lead Developer for the company’s sister studio, Alchemy Interactive. In this role, he channels his passion for gaming and software engineering into designing and developing captivating video games. Roland is currently at the forefront of SAK’D, a metroidvania puzzle-platformer that follows the whimsical journey of a pillow named Sak, who is brought to life to save the Realm of Dreams from invading nightmares. His work combines technical precision with boundless creativity, helping to bring incredible gaming experiences to life.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Roland is an avid martial arts enthusiast, dedicating time to training and honing his skills. He also enjoys spending quality time with his two children and his playful Husky, balancing a dynamic career with family life.

Shawn McGinnis is the go-to problem solver at Alchemy Imageworks, bringing a wealth of experience and technical expertise to every project. As a skilled custom coding wizard, Shawn excels in both front-end and back-end website design and development, creating solutions that are as functional as they are innovative. His ability to seamlessly integrate user experience with technical precision ensures every client’s online presence is polished, efficient, and impactful.
With a philosophy rooted in experience, Shawn believes that success in business stems from positive interactions. Whether it’s customers engaging with a website or employees navigating internal tools, he emphasizes that a great experience drives lasting results.
Shawn’s career has spanned diverse industries, including digital and analog media production, broadcast, journalism, marketing, and team management. From working with a #1 morning radio show to helping build a design company from the ground up, he’s gained invaluable expertise in client onboarding, process development, and service deployment. His versatility and leadership skills make him a cornerstone of the Alchemy Imageworks team, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail.

Alejandro Aguirre, affectionately known as “Grenias,” is a world-class 2D/3D modeler, artist, and animator with an impressive career spanning nearly two decades. Based in Monterrey, Mexico, Grenias earned his degree in Graphic Design from Cedim, School of Design, in 2005. Since then, he has honed his craft across a variety of roles, including Illustrator and Creative Director, before transitioning to the gaming industry in 2009.
Grenias has served as a Game Artist at Xibalba Studio, Art Director at Ennui Studio, and Animation Director at Onem Studio. Currently, he brings his expertise and vision to both Alchemy Interactive as Art & Creative Director and Alchemy Imageworks as Lead Artist and Animator. Additionally, he shares his knowledge as a teacher at XP, a prestigious school of game design in Monterrey.
Known for his fluid and adaptive style, Grenias excels in everything from classical hand-drawn animation to cutting-edge digital design. His creations span a broad spectrum, including visually stunning game assets, captivating logo designs, immersive web pages, and beyond. With a keen eye for clarity, colour, and composition, there’s no creative challenge Grenias can’t tackle with brilliance and innovation.
