A clear explanation of where your online presence stands, written for a business owner, not a marketing department.
Website & Digital Marketing Audit
Your website, search presence, and social media reviewed by hand, explained in plain English, and organized into a prioritized plan for what to fix first.
The Problem
You already suspect something isn’t working.
Maybe the phone rings less than it used to. Maybe you’re outranked by a competitor you know you do better work than. Maybe you haven’t looked at your own website in three years and you’re a little afraid to.
Here’s the thing most business owners run into: you can find a hundred free tools that will spit out a report full of numbers. Core Web Vitals. Domain authority. Crawl depth. None of them tell you what any of it means, or what to actually do on Monday morning.
That’s the gap we fill. We don’t hand you metrics. We tell you what your online presence is saying about your business to the people trying to decide whether to hire you — and then we tell you what we’d fix first, and why.
What We Look At
Three parts, because your customers don’t experience them separately.
Somebody hears your name, searches for you, lands on your site, then checks whether your Facebook page is still alive. That’s one journey. Auditing only the website tells you a third of the story.
Your Website
- Speed and performance — how long people wait before they give up
- Mobile — what your site actually looks like on the phone most of your customers are holding
- Security and trust signals — SSL, contact details, anything that quietly makes a visitor hesitate
- Currency — whether your site still describes the business you run today, or the one you ran in 2019
- The path to contact — how much work it takes for a ready-to-buy customer to reach you
Your Search Presence
- What you rank for now — and what you don’t, but should
- Competitor comparison — who’s showing up ahead of you locally, and what they’re doing differently
- Google Business Profile — often the single highest-impact fix for a local business, and often the most neglected
- Reviews — what’s there, what’s missing, and how you’re being represented
- The gaps — the searches your customers are running that lead them somewhere other than you
Your Social Media
- Which platforms are actually working — and which are absorbing effort for nothing
- Which are sitting abandoned with a post from 2021 on top, quietly suggesting you might be out of business
- Consistency — whether your branding, contact info and message match across every platform and your website
- Where your customers actually are — which, for a lot of industrial and trades businesses, is not where you’d guess
The Deliverable
What you actually get
A written report you’ll read once and act on — not one you’ll file and forget.
Recommendations ordered by impact and effort: what matters most, what’s quick, and what can wait.
Not “improve your SEO” — specific observations about what is missing, why it matters, and what to do next.
Every finding answers the same question: so what? You’ll know why each point matters to your business.
We walk through the report with you and answer anything you want to dig into.
Done by people, not by software.
We use good tools — everyone does. But the tools don’t write your report. A person who has spent three decades building websites and untangling other people’s digital messes looks at your business, and tells you what they see.
That’s why it takes up to two weeks instead of thirty seconds, and it’s the entire difference between this and the free scanner you already tried.
Everything is done in-house by our own team here in Stony Plain. Nothing is outsourced. And whatever we find belongs to you — the report is yours to act on, hand to another firm, or ignore entirely.

FAQ
Questions
How long does it take?
Up to two weeks. Most come back sooner. It’s real work by a real person, so it isn’t instant — that’s rather the point.
What do you need from me?
Your website address and your social media links. That’s the minimum. If you’d like us to weigh in on specific competitors or particular services you want to rank for, tell us and we’ll build that in.
Will you try to sell me a new website?
Only if you need one, and we’ll say plainly if you don’t. Some audits conclude that the site is fine and the real problem is an unclaimed Google Business Profile. We’d rather tell you that and keep your trust.
Do you audit sites you didn’t build?
Almost always. That’s the normal case.
What if I want the fixes done?
Ask and we’ll quote it. The audit price comes off the cost of any work you book with us within 90 days.
Is this the same as the free instant audit on your site?
No. The free tool gives you a quick automated read on your website. This is a person reviewing your website, your search presence and your social media together, then writing you a considered set of recommendations.
